Kevin earned both Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Electrical Engineering from the National University of Singapore. With over two decades of experience in the semiconductor industry, he developed deep expertise across multiple domains, including Physical Design, Design-for-Test (DFT), Power Integrity, RTL Verification, and Post-Silicon processes such as mass production and failure analysis.

He spent over 12 years at MediaTek Singapore, where he led the SoC and CPU Implementation Group, driving innovation and execution in high-performance chip design. He demonstrated strong capabilities in building a new R&D team from the ground up, successfully recruiting top engineering talent from across Asia—including India, China, Malaysia, Vietnam, Singapore, and Taiwan.

Kevin also oversaw site strategy and R&D operations for a team of 300 staff based in Ho Chi Minh City. His leadership spanned the entire chip development lifecycle, from RTL design through to Physical Design, ensuring seamless integration and execution across disciplines.
