Duytan brings 40+ years of semiconductor design engineering experience and nearly 30 years of executive leadership across startups, global corporations, and high‑growth technology organizations. He is widely regarded as a hallmark figure in Vietnam's semiconductor industry. He has built and led global engineering organizations, delivered complex SoCs, and driven innovation across advanced process technologies.

With deep expertise in Foundation IP, he has a proven track record of delivering advanced‑node products, scaling global engineering organizations, and driving business growth.

He founded Silicon Design Solutions in 1997, growing it into a respected provider of specialized memory IP before its acquisition by eSilicon in 2010. He later served as President of eSilicon Vietnam, and as VP & GM across multiple eSilicon global IP business units, overseeing product strategy, engineering execution, and customer delivery.

Duytan has also served as SVP & GM at Uniquify Inc/Uniquify Vietnam, President & CEO of SAVARTI LTD., and most recently as Senior Advisor to Marvell Technology.
