Position Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Mixed Signal ASIC Leader with 15+ years of international experience in developing communication, display, and sensor field technologies. This individual will be an experienced and dynamic leader with a proven ability to build and inspire high-performing teams for our Lidar and Photonic Products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in design, verification, mixed signal development, firmware/software, and board development within leading organization.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversee the design and development of mixed-signal ASICs, ensuring performance, power efficiency, and reliability
Effectively work with cross-functional teams for product alignment and collaboration
Lead ASIC design, verification, and mixed signal development.
Oversee ASIC validation, characterization, and debugging to meet specifications.
Lead and mentor a team of engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and customer success.
Address technical challenges, drive continuous improvement, and contribute to product development.
Qualifications
15+ years of experience in Mixed Signal ASIC in Communication, Display and Sensor field
Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering (EE), Computer Engineering, or a related field.
Background in Test engineering Management and foundry.
Proven track record of leadership in large-scale ASIC development.
Strong understanding of industry-standard testers (e.g., Advantest, Teradyne, or similar).
Strong understanding of mixed-signal test methods (ADC/DAC loopback, parametric test, digital scan).
Expert with test debug tools, scripting/programming/automation tools (e.g., Python, C, MATLAB, LabVIEW, STIL-based test formats, Tcl, Perl, Shell, etc.), and STDF files.
Expert with lab equipment: oscilloscopes, signal generators, power analyzers, and source meters.
Expert validating both analog/mixed-signal and digital interfaces.
Expert with Cadence Virtuoso, Synopsys Custom Compiler, and Siemens Calibre flows.
Strong communication skills to engage and work with global team.
